***Youth Group*** meet every Tuesday From:7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. If you are 13 to 18 year old, you are welcome to join us. Youth Ministry Hot Summer Plans Starting in July the Youth Ministry of St Rose of Lima is going to offer several different events to bring the communities and youth together. (Dates are Subject to change depending on Location availability) July17, 2010 Skit night: Youth from the community will come together to perform a skit. Led By: Francheska Location: St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Poinciana, Florida Time: 8:30 pm July 20th, 2010 Special Guest: Night of Homelessness/ Youth Group meeting July 24th, 2010 Sport day: We will enjoy a variety of sports including Soccer, volley ball, Tug a War, Potato Sac Races, and Rally race. Led by: Oliver Location: St Rosa of Lima office fields Time: 1-6 pm July 27th, 2010 Youth Group Meetings August 1, 2010 Community Services: The youth ministries will dedicate this day to perform community services. Led by Dulces August 3th, 2010 Youth group meeting August 6-7, 2010 Retreat: A perfect ending to the summer. A spiritual retreat on How to deal with temptation and the Church will protect you from them. Led by Youth Ministry of St Rose of Lima August 31st, 2010 Youth Mass at St Rosa of Lima Church at 7:00 pm Fund Raising We are having two Car Washes at McDonald’s on the interaction of John Young and Pleasant Hill July 17th and 31st I hope you look forward to the summer as much as we are.We would greatly appreciate donations of the following: Snacks: Chips, cookies, ice cream, crackers, cereal, granola, pastries, bread, cheese, or any other non-perishable food or snacks Drinks: Water, and juice mix Utensils: Cups, forks, spoons, napkins, and plates Toiletries: First aid kits, hygiene products and toilet paper Any outdoor sports equipment Monetary donations are always accepted.
